DC led the combined charts for the month with Superman's wedding to Lois Lane, an event which had been coordinated to coincide with events on the Lois and Clark TV series on ABC.
It is not absolutely clear whether the Heroes World data includes United Kingdom sales; it's presumed that it doesn't, but if it did, the Marvel figures below would be reduced by somewhat less than 10%. That would still give Marvel domination of the rankings.
